Champagne Piollot

Our 8.5-hectare vineyard is located in Polisot, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. All our parcels are certified organic and farmed according to biodynamic principles. Our vines come from massal selection thanks to Robert Piollot, the father of Roland who dedicated his life to our vines. Committed to allowing the typicity of our terroir to express itself, we have maintained the heterogeneity of our vine plants for over 50 years. We produce our own biodynamic preparations on the estate, where our team takes great pleasure in gathering flowers and preparing them. We also make our own compost, which we spread in the vineyards in spring. We vinify the entirety of our harvest. We produce single-varietal, single-parcel, zero-dosage cuvées (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier), and our rosés are made by maceration, in keeping with the tradition of our village. From fruit to bottle, we strive to preserve the natural richness that our vineyard’s soil has given them.
