Committed since 2020 to organice viticulture across all our vineyards, we place the health of the soil, biodiversity, and the vitality of the vineyard at the heart of our practices. Rooted in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon and Vauciennes, on clay-limestone and marl soils, we carefully observe our terroirs to reveal their unique character. We cultivate all the grape varieties authorized within our appellation, expressing the full richness and complexity of our lands. This diversity is the signature of our identity and strengthens our capacity to adapt to a changing climate.
