We are a true family winery, authentic and passionate, and through our champagne, we are keen to share the values of simplicity and joie de vivre passed down the generations.

In 2018, before the age of 30, we took over the family vineyard, becoming the 4th generation of winegrowers… and the first generation of winemakers! Thanks to our parents, we now cultivate 7.5 hectares of vines nestled in the heart of one of the largest meanders of the Marne.

Fully certified organic since the 2022 harvest. We vinify and age each plot separately in a container best suited to revealing and enhancing it:

- 400 to 600L barrels

- Concrete eggs

- Small stainless steel and enamel tanks.

Our philosophy? Let the wine speak for itself. We intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process, we do not trigger malolactic fermentation, and carry out a long aging on fine lees before bottling, and then a patient bottle aging on "lattes" for 3 to 5 years.

Our production is growing: 40,000 bottles today. Our range includes pure, elegant and gourmet Champagnes, with low or zero dosage, as well as Coteaux Champenois and Ratafias.
