Champagne Christophe Mignon is first and foremost a story of family and transmission. Based in Festigny, in the heart of the Marne Valley, the Mignon family has been growing vines for six generations and today farms 6 hectares, with Meunier at the heart of the estate’s identity.
Over the years, Christophe and Laurence have developed a deeply personal approach, now shared with their son Loann, the sixth generation. In the vineyards, their work is guided by observation and respect for the living world, combining the lunar calendar, phytotherapy, homeopathy, geobiology and dynamised preparations.
In the cellar, the same pursuit of balance and precision translates into low-intervention winemaking, limited use of volcanic sulphur, no malolactic fermentation, and a strong commitment to zero-dosage or very low-dosage wines.
More than a set of methods, the estate follows a philosophy: to observe, understand and accompany rather than control, while allowing each generation to bring its own sensitivity and vision.
