Our champagnes are elaborat by me while being supported by my father. All of our 3.3ha of vines allow us to produce 25 000 bottles (twenty five thousand) per year. We own entire vinyard and that let us keep totally control of our work. We are based betwen the village of Cormoyeux, an area with Lutetian limestone located in Vallée de la Marne and Marfaux on the begining of the Montagne de Reims. We work all of our vine with organic method and they use principe of Biodynamics, mainly the use of plants I harvest to reduce treatments and help r really old vines. The average age of our vinyard is about 55 years old with a large part of massal selection by my grandfather. They have a majority of Meunier (70% seventy) ; Chardonnay 15% (fifteen) ; pinot noir 15% (fifteen). Our wines are made with as little interventions as possible, gentle and slow press on a traditional press, ageing on lees in enamels tanks and barrels for 11 months, and stainless steel tanks for reserve wines. All of our wines are worked on an oxidative side with roundness and greed.
