We elaborate natural wines in a can with our own organic grapes. We do not add sulphites or other chemicals to our wines or vineyards, without exception.
All grapes are dry-farmed. None of the vineyards are irrigated.
All grapes are harvested manually.
Average production of wine: 10000 (btl)
