Cámbrico is an organic winery located in the Sierra de Francia mountains of Salamanca, Spain. We specialize in producing wines from native grape varieties, particularly the Rufete grape, a hidden gem of the Sierra de Francia that we have been working a decade to recover.

Our wines are show the expression of terroir, reflecting the unique character of the Sierra de Francia region
