Beginning as a partnership between a beekeeper and a distiller, Caledonia Spirits distillery uses raw northern honey to capture the countless botanicals foraged by honey bees buzzing through fields of wildflowers in their award winning Barr Hill Gin, barrel aged Tom Cat Gin, and Barr Hill Vodka.
