Caaaaaaat

CAAAAAAAT wines are all micro-cuvées produced with healthy grapes from vines grown according to the principles of a healthy agronomy (most are certified Demeter and/or Biodyvin). The only thing that guides our cat's paws is respect for living things, and taste.

“I created my first cuvée in 2019 with my friend Fabien Jouves. I thank him again for giving me the confidence to vinify without a net."

We are artisan winemakers. The grapes come from the estates, where the wines are vinified, matured, bottled and packaged.

In contrast to our individualistic times, we work collectively with our winegrower friends, men and women committed to healthy agronomy and precise natural winemaking.

That's what Caaaaaaat is all about: the freedom to live, and laugh your way out of the world.
