The elaboration of our wines is linked to a long tradition of winemaking. It is in the old town of Pinell de Brai where our small winery is located. Under the streets of the heart of the village we make our wines in a traditional way. The winery currently has a capacity of 12,000 bottles annually. Even in the long tradition and production of family wines, it is not until 2019 that new vineyards are added to go on the market and be able to open up so that more people can enjoy our wines. We always follow the artisanal tradition in winemaking. One of our goals is to be able to recover those flavors of ancient wines so people can take a trip to the past through the palate. Our philosophy is scrupulously natural. For us, a natural wine means the minimum possible intervention during the vinification process to capture the exclusive essence of the grapes and the land where it comes from. In the same way, the vineyards are worked with the utmost respect for nature and giving the maximum possible freedom to the vines so as not to distort their own character. Therefore, our wines are guaranteed not to have any added substances during their elaboration. This means that our wines do not contain added sulfites, their fermentation is exclusively done with natural yeasts native to the area. Mechanization is minimal and artisanal work is prioritized. The cellar is located under a rock to regulate the temperature of the wine in a natural way. Our wines are a guarantee of tradition, health and respect for nature.
