We are Giuseppe and Raffaella. We leaved our jobs 15 years ago to dedicate completely to wine, our first passion. We planted our vineyards and became organic autochtonous growers with a fix idea in our mind: producing a different type of Mantuan Lambrusco. The most of the work is concentrated in the field: respect, balance with nature, biodiversity, substainability. No chemical product and biodynamic agricolture on our fields, low yields for minimun intervention in the cellar. We use spontaneus fermentation with long skin contact and our musts for the second fermentation. No clarification. Wilde filtration only for charmat method wines (10 m), no filtration for fermented in bottle wine
