We are a familiar winery with author wines. Our production is around 7.000 bottlesa year. We do not use any chemicals in the vineyard neither the wine, just a small amount of sulphites due to the area where we are, about 20-25m/litre.

The wines are elaborated by parcel and in small inox tanks. Its main characteristc is being mountain wines as we are in the North side of Sierra Nevada with a continental climate.

We love maceration in any of the wines as well giving the wine the time that it needs in every stage, that is, during the fermentation and in botle.

Regarding to the vineyard, we grow our vines without chemicals, respecting the soil and our environment, above all, our village is part of the Sierra Nevada Natural and National Park as well as Starlight Area. In this sense, this is the sencond year for us to have green cover between the lines and last autumn we started making biodynamic practices in the vineyard.
