We are two winemakers who decided to make wine in the south of Spain. Tucked into southern Spain’s Sierra Norte de Seville mountains is a northern Andalusian town called Cazalla de la Sierra. This is where you’ll find Bodegas Tierra Savia. This is where we harvest nature’s bounty from organic vineyards, just as our ancestors did for centuries. We strive day in and day out to revive the local varieties that have grown for generations, vinifying and ageing the wines that have endured in the memories of our region’s eldest grape growers. As viticulturists, we seek to harmonise what we know now with what has always been here. For that, we use centenarian amphoras, minimal intervention, small productions, soil, pet nats, microvinification… This is our tireless quest to bring out the best in our terroir.
