I founded our organic wine business in 2008 to incorporate my enthusiasm for wine and organic farming into a beautiful and meaningful project.
As an agricultural engineer and soil scientist it is always incredibly exciting for me to experience how the soil and its source form a wine. In addition, my goal is to present you authentic organic wines that best reflect your grape variety and your location. In addition: Organic wine growers are usually special personalities. It gives me great pleasure to work together with organic growers, to get to know their motivation for organic viticulture and to feel their enthusiasm for the product you produce.
Personally, we like wines with as little intervention and additives as possible. It is unbelievable which gems of wines then appear! How good originality tastes. How honest a varietal character emerges.
