At Bichel Vine, we connect food and wine and we have ambitions to be the best at it. Our staff consists of food and wine enthusiasts and we collaborate with some of Denmark's best restaurants and wine bars. Every Friday we go into the kitchen ourselves and make a small themed snack, which we pair with the right wine. We regularly hold events about food and wine. Bichel Vine has one of Denmark's best wine ranges with an emphasis on wines from small top producers who have their hands in the must themselves. Many of our producers work organically, biodynamically and sustainably. We prefer unadorned wines that tell about their place of origin and let the winegrower's personality shine through. We are constantly on the lookout for tomorrow's cult producer, and the fact that we get it right with our purchases can be seen in the many test winners and top rated wines we have in the range. We want the world's best ingredients and have an exclusive selection of the finest delicacies. You will find Italy's best Parmesan, the real balsamico tradizionale, the best French Roquefort, the world's best anchovies, pepper and other world-class spices, the ultimate chocolate and much more.
