Real raw wines, low to no intervention in the cellar, biological grape culture at 5 plots of vinyards: Poupouye, Les Garennes, Bosquet Jadoul, Meer and Cras-Avernas. Mainly focussing on mono cépage and single vinyard wines, striving towards elegance. Field blend wines and orange wines.
