Arrived in France from Boheme over 20 years ago. Studied viticulture and oenologie in Beaune and Lyon, and started working helping a number of domaines converting to natural wines, accompanying them in the process as advisor. Toyed with Biodynamics, helping translate Joly to Czech and converting Domaine Hauvette to biodynamic culture.
