Following a career change, I created a small 1.60 hectare estate in 2020 by taking over family vineyards. Located in Alsace, in the Haut-Rhin region of Ammerschwihr, I cultivate six plots of land, with vines between 12 and 60 years old, on three different terroirs (clay-limestone, decomposed granite, and alluvium). I work organically/biodynamically, respecting all living organisms, striving to find the right balance for the vine and its environment. The wines are vinified gently and naturally by plots, with a minimum of 10 months of aging.
