I run 3 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Gussago. It is a small village in the eastern border of Fraciacorta region. Here the soil is of marine origin and it is composed of limestone and clay from the Jurassic period. The wines are all zero dosage and they refine from 2 to 5 years on the lees.
