Eating at the Fair

Tasting wine is hungry work, so we’ve got some beautiful food vendors serving their fine dishes at the fair to keep your bellies full and bodies caffeinated.

Café Unido

Café Unido was founded in 2014 in Panama City to celebrate the country’s world-class coffee and create a space for locals to appreciate it. From one shop, it has grown to eighteen locations, including Washington, D.C. Unido sources directly from trusted Panamanian producers, fostering close relationships that enable collaborations on unique lots. With careful roasting, Unido highlights each coffee’s terroir, process, and farmer’s dedication in every cup.

Chito Gvrito

Chito Gvrito is a contemporary Georgian restaurant proudly bringing Tbilisi-style regional dishes to Gramercy Park and NYC since 2020. 

Chito Gvrito will serve their signature Aubergine Rolls, mezze Pkhali spreads and Gupta meatballs in Elarji polenta, along with classic Penovani style Georgian cheese Khachapuri and bean Lobiani pies and Georgian Sulguni cheese selection.

WINNER is a local, Brooklyn-based hospitality company founded in 2020, now with several locations including a bakery, wine bar, whole animal butcher shop, and concession stand in Prospect Park. We specialize in morning baked goods, breads, sandwiches and rotisserie chicken - simple but craveable treats for everyday.
