Canyon Coffee Canyon Coffee is a Los Angeles based roaster specializing in single origin organic and Regenerative Organic Certified coffees. Founded in 2016 by couple Ally Walsh & Casey Wojtalewicz, they grew over six years as a wholesaler & online retailer of coffee, ceramics and home goods before opening their first cafe in Echo Park in 2022. For the founders, coffee and wine share many similarities — when done well, it always goes back to the soil. As longtime wine enthusiasts, they're very excited to be providing the caffeine hit for RAW WINE. |
