Join us for the first edition of our RAW WINE Bologna 2027 in February, where we will be leading the charge for low-intervention organic, biodynamic and completely natural wine at Slow Wine Fair.

Producers are enrolling at the moment, so watch this space for the growing list as well as further details on the dates, times and topics we will be covering during our two dedicated masterclasses onsite.

About Slow Wine Fair

Organised by BolognaFiere in collaboration with Slow Food, Slow Wine Fair is a large event (their 2026 event drew 16,000 visitors) promoting wineries trying to use good, clean, fair agriculture and cellar techniques to make wine. Over 1030 wineries exhibited at their 2026 event, half of which were organic, biodynamic or in conversion. We are delighted to have been invited to bear the standard on behalf of hands-off, artisan organic and biodynamic winemaking under the RAW WINE umbrella.
