We have 5.5 ha of land in the Mátra. This hill is important for me because the rich mineral soil with a good placement provides ideal conditions for long-fermenting and long-living terroir wine. I aim at organic cultivation. I never apply assortment raisers, starter cultures, enzymes or artificial tannins.
