Stored in in 5 hectolitre French oak barrels (Tonneaux) for 50 months, SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16°C

He is a member of ‘La Renaissance des Appellations’ and his vineyards have been grown organically since 1996, also meeting biodynamic standards.
