Clos Santa Ana is a winery that adheres to strict organic and natural agriculture protocols with traits of biodynamic principles, is grounded on sustainability and respect for the environment-cornerstones of its agricultural practices.
We believe that a healthy vineyard is set in a healthy environment which enjoys full vitality. All components of our ecosystem are important since they guarantee the integrity of the
terroir where our vines grow and develop.
Our strains are the Carmenere, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Marselan planted in Espaldera and Echalas. This system allow us to control naturally the sun exposure of vines and thus prevent dehydration or promote maturation, as applicable.
No type of mechanization is used and all the work in our vineyard is manual.
