Additional Information

Our vineyards are situated in the Bourbonnais, a historic province located in northern Auvergne, in the birthplace of the Bourbon kings of France. Our domaine of 11 hectares (27 acres) is cultivated usingthe fundamental principles of agro-ecology and in the respect of the environment and biodiversity. The Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes are used for our red wines, while Chardonnay and Tressallier are used for our whites. Our plots consist of two distinct terroirs. One part possesses sandy soil, which gives us wines that are light and fruit forward. Our other plots possess granite that resulted from volcanic eruptions, which gives a beautiful minerality and full body to these wines. The wines are vinified using only indigenous yeasts in our ecologically designed cellar. Our wines are made with respect to the specifications of organic vinification and also of “Nature & Progrès”
