We are young vignerons from Nizza Monferrato in the heart of the UNESCO site of Piedmont region. we finally made our dream come true and created a place where we can grow our own grapes and make our own wine. Our vineyards are hand-grown and the grapes that we get are simply escorted to the cellar, without the aid of any additive. In our farm we search for a holistic approach, in order to create an ecosystem that allow us to have a low impact. We mainly produce Barbera,Moscato,Cortese and Chardonnay. Our plants varies form ten to seventy years of age and mostly exposed south to south-west. Inspiration comes surely from the local winemaking tradition and we experiment some maceration and fermentation in bottle.
