  • Other Information:This is an skin fermented Silvaner from 45 year old wines. It was harvest carefully at the ned of the harvest of 2015. Afterwards he fermented on the skin with whole bunch. 8 weeks on the skin and afterwards pressed and for 3 years in the barrel without filling it up. This vintage (2018) I putted some fresh new juicy in the barrel, maybe 20 Liters and the fermentation starts again. It's very interesting to taste, because of the one side you have a lot of fine and nutty oxidation but he is very fresh on the other side because of the second fermentation.
