  • Other Information:The wine was naturally fermented using wild yeast in 100% old oak and was aged in old oak for 8 months. No sulphur was added during the winemaking process, and the wine was lightly filtered before bottling. , Certified organic fruit was hand-picked from a block within our Noa vineyard in the Wairau Valley. Sulphur was not used during the growing season and harvest was a little earlier than for other Seresin Sauvignon Blanc.
