  • Other Information:Minimal frosts during the spring and perfect flowering conditions resulted in a good crop and even berry set. A warm early summer initially, but temperatures cooled after solstice to give a long ripening period, with stable conditions until the end of the first week of April. Heavy rain followed, but the fruit remained in good condition., Certified organic fruit was hand-picked half from Noaand the other half from RaupoCreek Vineyard. Harvest was a little earlier than for other Seresin Pinot Noir, in order to retain acidity and ensure a lower alcohol wine., The wine was naturally fermented using wild yeast. No sulphur was added during the winemaking process, and the wine was lightly filtered before bottling.
