  • Other Information:Alcohol: 13.5% Bottle size: 75cl Organic certified - Suitable for Vegetarian only Age of vines: Planted in 1987 Hand harvest into small boxes–allows the grapes to arrive at the winery intact. Destemmedand crushed and then pressed as soon as they get to the winery. The must is put in tank for 2-3 days. Then transferred down to the cellar, by gravity, into old futs de chene. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, in these futs, lasts beween one and ten months depending onthe vintage. Natural yeasts. Racked once before bottling. With its aromas ofwhite flowers, custard apple, lemon curd, buttermilk and citrus, at once ample, generous and mineral. This“Puligny-manqué” has a brilliant curve of acidity and embraces so many contradictory notes with its tender quality allied to remarkable driving purity.
