  • Other Information:Alcohol: 11% Bottle size: 75cl Age of the vines: Planted in 1999 Hand-harvested, 100% whole bunch fermented for 15 days in open tank, where it was then pressed and aged in one 300l French barrel. No yeast added, ambient fermentation. 100% malolactic fermentation. Tasting Note: Fruit salad of blackberries and blueberries on earthy and mineral notes. Fluid and rich in the mouth that closes on pleasant notes of aromatic herbs.
