- Other Information:Can you produce a high level Barbera in Dolcetto's land of choice? The answer is in the Piedmontese word "Podej": the farm where Barbera is cultivated, and the power, in the sense of capacity, to turn it into a big red. The other Docg of the house, a Barbera traveling on original shades, strongly sought after in the land traditionally voted for the Dolcetto.
We are two friends who believe in making good terroir wines following biodynamic & organic cultivation, without the use of sulphites, selection of yeast or filtration. Terroir is the real interesting story that every glass should taste, the feeling of the land where we live with our families without chemical interference and our goal is to have nothing but truly good wines.
