- Other Information:Lia Vì is made with only Barbera grapes that come from one single vineyard on a higher area of the hill with good sun exposition, it ferments on stainless steel tanks with its indigenous yeasts, then part of it rests on stainless steel tanks and part on concrete tanks for about 7 months before it its bottled.
Carussin is made by Bruna, Luigi, Matteo and Luca who care for 15 Ha of vineyards. Alongside winemaking, they each have a side project. Bruna and her ten donkeys work with kids, Luigi volunteers with associations in San Marzano Oliveto, Luca is a craft brewer and his brother Matteo owns a bar - "Grappolo contro Luppolo" ("Grapes vs Hops").
