Languedoc, France
Our old vines are planted on an island of shist in the Languedoc’s Faugères appellation. Our vines are grown at high altitude and the grapes vinified in concrete eggs and large chesnut barrels, giving freshness and vitality to the wines. The vineyard is worked biodynamically and certified by Demeter.
