  • Other Information:Alcohol: 12.5% Bottle size: 75cl - Weight 800g Average age of vines: 60 years VARIETIES: Airen 100%, native to the region. SOIL: The plot from which the grape comes, has a clay-calcareous soil. The vineyard is at an altitude of 800 m. over the level from sea. On the plot there are 4 different soils with slightly different orientations (Solano, Abrego, Zierzo and Entreaires). HARVEST: The harvest of this 2018 was carried out at early October, there was a very spring rainy and a mild summer that delayed the harvest. The absence of rain in September made the grape arrived in perfect condition in boxes of 18 kgs. PREPARATION AND AGING: The grapes are destemmed put it in a stainless steel tank. In this tank, alcoholic fermentation was carried out and malolactic. Then the tank was filled by complete and the wine was macerating for 6 months. Then the wine was bottled directly from bleeding without filtration or stabilization. The rest of wine-press went to the concrete tank at get older.
