Balaton, Hungary
The brand name is P.A.N.K. it follows from that I was a punk guy during my college years (but in my heart even today I am). So the brand name’s P.A.N.K. it sounds like Punk. The abbreviation means Pálffy Attila Noble Köveskál.(Köveskál is a hungarian village in Káli basin near to lake Balaton, where I work).
I want to represent a more abstract and underground style. I aim to show the terroir in my wines as natural as possible. My wines are spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and unfined. I only use minimal or zero SO2.
I’ve been farming organic for so many years. This is really important for me! I have always cultivated my territory in this spirit, and in 2019 I got a certification officially about it as well.
