  • Other Information:This Petite Sirah wine is a full flavored Rhone-style red. This wine has an intense color and deep hues of purple and red. A smooth and well-balanced wine with a clean fruity nose of blueberries and aromas of acacia flowers. On the palate, we find bold blueberries, cacao, freshly ground black pepper, cardamom, with a long superb soft finish. Our estate fruit is dry-farmed and the vineyard is not tilled. Cover crops are used to improve the soil’s texture and richness. Every task is done by hand with minimal intervention of machinery. There is no use of insecticides or pesticides in the vineyard. "Destemmed and fermented in small tanks using wild yeasts from the vineyard, aged for two years in neutral French oak barrels. No added sulfites. Harvest Date: 09/22/2017. Brix at Harvest: 24. Bottling Date: 08/29/2018. Production: 198 Cases. pH 3.5, TA 6.7g/L, Residual sugars 2.6g/L, Total sulfites less than 5mg/L, Alcohol 13.7%. "
