Blend of 3 organic apple varieties (Akane, Crimson Crisp, Freedom) on skin for 20h after grinding. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora. No sulphites added. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled with fine lees, on Oct 12, 2021. Finished fermenting in the bottle resulting in natural and gentle bubbles.

The goal is to explore the possibilities in grinding, macerating and fermenting organic, healthy and ripe apples in amforas for a refreshing sparkling and easy drinking (glu-glu) natural cider. Bottled with fine lees.

We are a tiny scale (1 ha) winery near Lake Balaton (Szent György-hegy) with sole focus on terroir and respect to nature. We produce rosé and red wine from Pinot Noir (25y old vines have always been farmed organically), we are planting 0.5 ha of Kéknyelű (whie autochton variety only in our wine region), we produce several different batches of sparkling PetNat ciders. In the cellar: nothing is added, nothing is taken away. We ferment and / or age mainly in amphoras and produce our wines with lots of love and care. Egészségedre!
