- Other Information:we will add sulphites at the bottling. Wine was not bottled yet so actually sulphites are 18 like visible in the analysis; after I suppose will be 50 but may be even less.
Founded at the end of the 19th C, our family estate is today managed by Giovanni and his son Stefano. We cultivate our vineyards organically using biodynamic methods, and in the cellar only use natural yeasts to better retain the characteristics of the Gambellara terroir.
