Beaujolais, France
I was born in Quincié-en-Beaujolais. In 1990, I started in Chiroubles where I cultivated my family-in-law’s vines, made/matured in a cooperative. In 2005, I decided to change my way and to make my first cuvee with the support of Marcel Joubert.
Today, I grow and vinify by myself 8 hectares of Beaujolais in Chiroubles, Fleurie and Morgon, remaining closely focused on the original grape. Each plot is grown in a sustainable agriculture way (respect for the terroir, no insecticide, no anti-rot, low yields). Natural yeast only in the cellar. No sulphites and no chaptalisation. Minimal add of SO2 If need it for the bottling.
