- This wine is fermented spontaneously.
- Other Information:The moscato grapes dedicated for Filari Corti come from vineyards in San Marzano Oliveto. Filari Corti grapes are pressed right after they are harvest and the juice is put in stainless steel tanks. That juice rests through Fall and Winter under low temperature, in a way fermentation does not start. When Spring arrives, temperature is let rise slowly so it could start fermenting with its indigenous yeasts, then when the wine reaches the desired level of alcohol and sugar it is filtered and bottled.
