  • Other Information:Alcohol: 10.5% Bottle size: Magnum Average Age of Vines: 48 years Grapes are destemmed and fermented in open top tank for 8 days. The wine is then pressed off into neutral barrique with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation. Tasting note: Great fruit concentration and bright acidity wrapped up in a fine, grippy texture; the use of lees helps to enrich this and adds a mineral dimension.
