Valentina Passalacqua is a Biodynamic farm, born on the slopes of the Gargano mount, where the stony, limestone soil guarantees great minerality to the wine. Valentina grows 70 hectares of native grape varieties (nero di troia, primitivo, negramaro, bombino and fiano) as well as some indigenous varieties of olive trees.
