something

Our small estate is located in the Fenouilledes at an altitude between 120 and 350m (393 ft and 1148ft) and our cellar is in Maury.

we have an altitude land in caudies (350 m) which permit more rainfall, lighter red wine and Blanc de noir.

We produce natural wines with no yeast added on sloppy dry terroir from Roussillon with different type of schist, limestone.

Our wines are very light in alcohol strengh (under 12 % for whites), maximum 13,5% for reds.

we want to show a new taste of these grapes (especially in white) through a dry wheather with good balance of acidity, ripeness and tanins.

Come and taste my vision of this beutiful region of France
