Alcohol: 12% Bottle size: 75cl Average age of vines: 12 and 20 years Macabeu 80% Trepat 20% Manual harvest with boxes of 18-20 kg by means of a rigorous selection of the best grapes at the foot of the vineyard. The harvest is pressed obtaining the first "must flower". Fermentation is spontaneous with the local yeasts of the grapes. The temperature is controlled throughout the fermentation in small-volume stainless steel vats. After the alcoholic fermentation, we start working with battonage mothers for almost 3 months. When in the Trepat the grapes are pressed directly and fermented separately in stainless steel vats. We do not add yeasts, enzymes or any other additives during vinification or in the aging process. We do not filter or clarify our wines. The bottles may have some natural sediment and / or Co2. The wine must be aerated once the bottle has been opened. Each bottle is unique and different from the others. Copper yellow color with soft pink reflections. Floral, herbal aromas and fresh hints of citrus, with a sweet spicy background. In the mouth it is very fine and at the same time structured, fresh and with a fine and round finish. Serving temperature: 6-8ºC
