We are two friends who believe in making good terroir wines following biodynamic & organic cultivation, without the use of sulphites, selection of yeast or filtration. Terroir is the real interesting story that every glass should taste, the feeling of the land where we live with our families without chemical interference and our goal is to have nothing but truly good wines.

  • Other Information:Clayey and calcareous soil, ideal for the An Piota, derived from the Piedmontese dialect which is meaning "en jambe" for a chardonnay grown in amphora and really "different" We wanted to change, Chardonnay does not have a true territorial identity here, so we were allowed to undertake a different path for this vineyard planted in the 1970s and make it "ours" thanks to the use of a tool naturally in use in viticulture like the Amphora: from long vinification to skins (about a couple of months), then pressing and permanence on fine lees until bottling, which usually takes place six months after harvest, in the spring.
