Other Information:The grapes came from old vines planted in 1954 planted 650 meters high. The harvested was made on beginig of October , with good ripeness and freshness. Pre-fermentation maceration of the grapes, I stemming without pressing the fruit with manual selection of the scrapes grain by grain on the table and after is pressed., Carbonic maceration of the whole berry. A 10% stemming and crushing grapes to start the fermentation. The maceration and fermentation of whole berry enhances the fruity aromas., Part of fermentation gives amber color skins to the grapes juice, that after pressing evokes an orange tone of the wine., The wine is aged on the lees making a periodic "battonage", for larger amplitude mouth continually enriched in French oak barrels. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs during 4,5 months.
