  • Other Information:Picked on the same day, stomped together & fermented together with 20% stem add backs and allowed to macerate two weeks, the pressed to neutral barrels. Two years in barrel, sur lie, eight years in bottle. Old vine, juicy layered, texture & complex. Blueberry, black pepper, cherry, plum, spice.
