We have been based on our family farm South of Gaillac since 1995 and our work concentrates on organic and small-scale farming. We have a small herd of hardy breed cows, on the rest of the farm we grow lentils, soy and ancient grains for flour and bread. Our 12 hectares of vine grow on soils consisting of sand, list and worn pebbles. Our 4 grape varieties are Duras, Fer Servadou, Prunelard and Syrah. We vinify our blended or varietal wines in cement vats.
